Criticizing and bitching are two completely different things, there's no need to speak that way to another member, especially for something as simple as an opinion on a scan. I see you already have two warnings and although I wont issue another (and ban) I will set your status to mute, if you have nothing nice to say to other members or about the admin then don't say anything.

Whoa, take it easy. I never claimed the scan was a crap or shitty. If it was I would have said it clearly as such. Did I say that? No, I did not. All I said was that the scan was big and quality as not sharp. Is that not a fact? In any case, I did not mean to make it rude on my part and I appreciate you did scan it because I do like To Heart.

Regarding your submission of a scan School Girl by DanTheGreat - it appears to be a wallpaper. You should check when getting images from an imageboard that they are not other people's wallpapers. You can normally tell this by the wallpaper resolution sized image and signatures that are usually present in the wallpapers.
